Gameplay / Walkthrough:
Age of Empires free game enables the player to erect a civilization from hunter-gatherers to Iron Age Empire. If the player is at will to assure victory, he must hoard resources to pay for new units, building and more modern technology. The player must store the resources, as there will no new resources if the game advances e.g. if the tree is cut down, it will not grow back.
There are 12 civilizations available in the game. Each has its own attributes with a varying number of available technologies and units. Though each civilization has technologies unique to them, no civilization owns all the technologies possible in the game.
The most major component in the game is its four ages viz. Stone Age, Tool Age, Bronze Age and Iron Age. The advancement between ages is taken to research at the Town Center, and each advancement brings forth new technologies, weapons, and units to the player.
